Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as an Event Flair Coordinator. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to bring celebrations to life through stunning décor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate a passion for creating memorable experiences. Duties Design and execute eye-catching event decor that aligns with clients' themes and visions, including floral arrangements, table settings, backdrops, and custom installations Coordinate event logistics for the day of the celebration Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer service in both fine dining and casual settings Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Preview sites for future events Assist event team in office Receive and maintain inventory of all equipment going in and out the door. Implement organizational tools to track all inventory and track damages that may occur Requirements Must have reliable transportation Physical ability to perform lively flair routines safely; includes standing for extended periods and handling equipment confidently Flexible with hours, adjust to fit the company's needs Must be coachable, willing to learn, and self-motivated Must "Have the vision" of Foodwerx Well organized and detail oriented Experience Previous experience in event decorating or related creative roles preferred Background in event coordination or day-of management for weddings, parties or corporate events. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable Join us to craft unforgettable moments!
