About the
Role:
Casakids is seeking a bilingual Trainer/Events Coordinator to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team in Roswell, NM. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate public outreach events and organize trauma-informed community classes (parenting, financial literacy, wellness, and more) to support families across Chaves County. This position plays a key role in strengthening family stability through education, visibility, and connection. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, promote, and execute outreach events to raise awareness of FRC services Develop and coordinate educational classes, including instructor scheduling and logistics Publicize offerings through flyers, social media, and partner networks Maintain program records including attendance, expenses, feedback, and outcomes Assist with budgeting, documentation, and reporting for internal and grant compliance Collaborate with community partners to offer relevant, accessible programming
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • required High School Diploma or GED
  • required Associate's degree or relevant experience in education, advocacy, or human services
  • preferred Valid New Mexico driver's license and current insurance Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic recordkeeping Trauma-informed mindset and commitment to inclusive, family-centered services
