Job Description:

We are building a core support team for a full season of festivals, events, and concession operations. This role supports high-volume concession and bar service , along with setup, restocking, and breakdown across multiple event types. While this is a concessions-focused role, it is also hands-on and physical — team members help keep the entire operation running before, during, and after each event.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with setup and breakdown of concession and bar areas Moving and organizing inventory (ice, beverages, equipment, supplies) Supporting high-volume service during peak periods Keeping stations stocked, clean, and efficient Assisting with soccer concessions and other event operations Supporting warehouse prep and catering logistics between events

Requirements:

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working long shifts outdoors in 90°+ temperatures Reliable transportation to work Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and long shifts Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the day

Availability Matters:

Priority will be given to candidates who are available during high-demand event periods , particularly around Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend , as well as the surrounding weeks.

Compensation:

$15/hour + share of tip pool Target earnings during events: $25+/hour Additional earning opportunities across multiple roles and venues

Pay:
