Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Event Services Technician to join our team at a premier estate property. In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in bringing events to life — from setup and technical execution to delivering exceptional guest service during events. No two days look the same, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Responsibilities Set up and break down event spaces including furniture, linens, lighting, and AV equipment Serve guests during events in a professional and courteous manner Assist with food and beverage service as needed Operate and troubleshoot basic event technology and equipment Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of event areas before, during, and after events Follow direction from the lead event coordinator and management team Uphold the property's standards for hospitality and guest experience What We're Looking For Prior experience in events, hospitality, or food & beverage preferred Comfortable in both a technical setup role and a guest-facing service role Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Dependable, punctual, and a team player Compensation Hourly pay based on experience. Competitive rate offered based on your background and skill level.
