In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients planning and executing events, ensuring seamless coordination from initial consultation to event completion. Your enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills will help foster strong client relationships, drive successful event outcomes, and elevate our reputation for delivering memorable experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets, providing expert guidance on event marketing, planning, and execution strategies. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and venue partners to secure the best terms while maintaining profitability. Assist clients with event promotion through targeted marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and outreach initiatives. Coordinate all aspects of event management, including venue setup, catering arrangements, entertainment booking, and equipment rentals. Manage budgets effectively by tracking expenses, overseeing vendor payments, and ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. Upsell additional services such as premium catering options, decor enhancements, or special amenities to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and foster long-term client relationships. Experience Proven experience in event marketing, event planning or management within hospitality venues such as hotels or restaurants. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, contracts negotiation, and guest services. Experience in managing budgets and performing upselling techniques effectively. Knowledge of event management software and marketing tools is preferred. Hands-on experience with banquet setup, hotel or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
