Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily events and parties Lead staff during workshops and busy event days Ensure customers have an incredible experience Help manage scheduling, setup, and operations Keep events running smoothly and on time Support team communication and morale Handle customer concerns professionally Help maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the studio Assist with training and onboarding team members Jump into fast-moving situations confidently and professionally Qualifications We care more about attitude, leadership, and work ethic than a perfect resume.
