We are open to all ideas and are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and connections to the table. Whether it's booking bands, DJs, trivia nights, karaoke, paint nights, themed parties, happy hour promotions, live entertainment, or completely new concepts — we want someone who knows how to create a fun atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

The ideal person should:

Understand and genuinely enjoy the Highland Square vibe and community Have connections with entertainers, bands, DJs, hosts, vendors, or promoters Be social, creative, and great at bringing people together Help plan and promote weekly and monthly events Work with management to create specials and entertainment ideas that increase business Have a passion for nightlife, hospitality, and local culture Want to become part of the community and blend naturally with the crowd and regulars This can be a great opportunity for someone who already hosts events, works in entertainment, or simply has strong local connections and wants to grow with a fun and energetic neighborhood bar. Pay can be discussed based on experience, ideas, and involvement.
