Event Support Staff

Job Overview Join our team as an Event Hospitality Associate, where you'll play an important role in bringing events to life across our spaces. This position is centered around day-of-event support, helping ensure each event is well-prepared, runs smoothly, and feels welcoming for every guest. You'll be part of the team responsible for everything from setting the room to final reset, working alongside leadership to keep service flowing and details in place. Responsibilities Assist with event planning and setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and technical equipment to meet event specifications Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any on-site needs promptly Support event marketing efforts by promoting activities and engaging with attendees to enhance their experience Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the event duration and assist in emergency response procedures if necessary Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service or experience in catering or is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events We're committed to fostering a lively environment that celebrates teamwork and creativity.
