Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Event Manager to help coordinate community fundraising events and support team operations throughout the greater Cincinnati area. The Entry Level Event Manager will play an important role in event planning, team leadership, and day-to-day event execution while representing nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives. This Entry Level Event Manager position is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership, communication, and event management skills in a fast-paced environment. The Entry Level Event Manager will work closely with team members, event attendees, and nonprofit partners to ensure successful event experiences while supporting fundraising goals. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Event Manager Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community fundraising events. Support event setup, breakdown, and overall event operations. Lead and motivate event staff to maintain a positive and professional environment. Monitor event activities and help ensure schedules and objectives are met. Represent nonprofit partners and provide information about their programs and missions. Interact with event attendees and answer questions regarding charitable initiatives. Assist with team training and mentorship for new event staff members. Track event performance and provide feedback to management following events. Help maintain compliance with company policies and event procedures. Support community outreach efforts that increase awareness of nonprofit organizations. Qualifications of the Entry Level Event Manager High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interest in event management, team leadership, or community outreach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with the public at community events. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay:
$55,907.40 - $67,329.34 per year
