We partner with freelance talent across production, operations, logistics, technical services, and event staffing to support events of all sizes nationwide. RhythmHaus Live is actively building a nationwide freelance talent network and is always looking for skilled professionals across production, operations, logistics, technical services, creative, and event staffing disciplines. What You'll Do As a freelance team member with RhythmHaus Live, you'll support a variety of live events, experiential marketing activations, conferences, festivals, corporate meetings, and brand experiences. Responsibilities will vary based on the specific assignment and may include: Event production and coordination Event operations and logistics support Audio, video, lighting, and technical production Registration and guest services Brand ambassador and sponsorship activation support Warehouse, inventory, and asset management Load-in, setup, strike, and load-out activities Vendor, client, and stakeholder coordination Show execution and production support Administrative and project management tasks On-site problem-solving and customer service Supporting producers, project managers, and event leadership teams Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience supporting live events, experiential marketing activations, conferences, festivals, corporate events, or related industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude Reliable transportation to event sites when required Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative independently Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require Authorized to work in the United States Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical event-related tasks as needed Preferred Experience in event production, event operations, logistics, technical production, experiential marketing, hospitality, warehouse operations, project management, or related fields Experience working as a freelancer or independent contractor OSHA, CPR, First Aid, forklift, rigging, or other industry certifications Familiarity with event management software, production software, and productivity tools Ability to travel for event assignments Ideal Candidate The ideal RhythmHaus Live freelancer is dependable, adaptable, professional, and passionate about creating exceptional live experiences.
