About the Role As a Special Events Assistant, you'll represent charitable initiatives at live community events throughout the Cleveland area. Your role is to connect, educate, and inspire individuals to support causes that make measurable differences. This is a performance-driven, team-oriented position where energy, communication, and authenticity matter. What You'll Be Doing Engaging members of the public at event sites across Cleveland Communicating the mission and impact of featured nonprofit campaigns Creating a welcoming, professional event presence Answering questions clearly and confidently Assisting with event setup and breakdown Guiding supporters through simple on-site sign-up processes Collaborating with your team to meet daily engagement goals Contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and event execution Every event is different.
