$24.00 per hour Position Summary The Athletic Club of Columbus is seeking an energetic, creative, and service-driven BowlingEvents Supervisor to oversee operations and programming in our premier bowling and entertainment space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences, building community through events, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. The BowlingEvents Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of member-focused programs, including bowling leagues, trivia nights, family events, birthday parties, social gatherings, and seasonal activities. This individual will combine strong operational skills with creativity, hospitality, and a passion for member engagement. Identify new and innovative event concepts to increase member participation and satisfaction. Promote events through collaboration with club leadership and marketing teams. OperationsService Oversee daily operations of the bowling venue during scheduled shifts. Ensure all areas are clean, organized, safe, and member-ready. Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown. Serve as the primary point of contact during events and programs. Maintain high standards of hospitality and member service. Assist with food and beverage service coordination during events. Member Engagement Build relationships with members and guests to encourage participation and repeat attendance. Actively seek feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience. Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that fosters community and fun. LeadershipAdministration Assist with staffing, scheduling, and training for bowling venue operations. Monitor event attendance and participation metrics. Maintain accurate records for leagues, registrations, and event reservations. Support budgeting and inventory needs as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, events, or club operations. Experience coordinating events, leagues, tournaments, or recreational programming preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to lead events while maintaining operational standards. Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique member experiences. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software preferred.
