Job Summary We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and creating engaging experiences for customers and communities. Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing events and promotional activities. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution. Support guest registration and attendee engagement. Assist with on-site event operations and troubleshooting. Gather feedback from attendees and assist with post-event reporting. Maintain records related to event activities and performance. Represent the company professionally during all events. Perform additional event-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
