Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their event experience Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment, decorations, and seating arrangements Manage guest services by answering questions, guiding attendees, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Support conflict management by calmly resolving guest concerns or disputes with professionalism Coordinate with vendors, performers, or staff to ensure timely execution of event activities Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by monitoring crowd flow and adhering to safety standards Assistance with setup and tear down of services Qualifications Previous experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction Experience in food service or working at resorts or theaters is a plus Ability to work effectively with children and diverse groups of guests Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling tasks accurately and responsibly Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional event experiences!
