We're currently hiring an Events Assistant to support the coordination and delivery of live music shows, promotional events, and entertainment experiences throughout Columbus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced event settings, working with people, and being part of exciting live environments including concerts, pop-up performances, venue activations, and community entertainment events. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with the setup and breakdown of live music and entertainment events Greeting guests and helping create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere Supporting crowd flow, guest check-in, and attendee engagement during shows Helping coordinate event materials, signage, merchandise tables, and promotional areas Working alongside event coordinators, performers, DJs, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations Providing excellent customer service while handling guest questions and general support Monitoring event areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assisting with backstage or VIP support when required The Type of Environment You'll Work In This is a lively, people-focused role where no two events are the same.
