Join a growing events staffing team supporting live events, venues, and functions across Dayton. We're hiring reliable event staff for part-time, full-time, and flexible shift-based work — no two days are the same. Whether you're looking for weekend work, evening shifts, or a steady stream of event-based hours, this role fits around your schedule. About the Role As an Event Staff member, you'll work across a range of events and venues in and around Dayton, OH — including: Concerts, festivals, and live entertainment events Corporate functions and private events Sporting events and arena-based work Hospitality venues, banquet halls, and conference centres Catering and food service functions No two shifts are identical, making this a great fit for people who enjoy variety and a social work environment. What You'll Be Doing Greeting and welcoming guests at events and venues Checking tickets and managing guest entry Serving food and beverages during hospitality and catering events Supporting event setup, breakdown, and venue turnaround Assisting front-of-house, bar, and catering teams Keeping event spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready Working alongside supervisors and teammates during peak periods
