Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event and Contract Coordinator to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events while managing contracts with vendors, clients, and partners. Your expertise in hospitality, event marketing, and customer service will ensure seamless event experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating all aspects of event planning from initial concept through execution Manage contracts with vendors and other service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with organizational standards Negotiate pricing, services, and contractual terms to maximize value while maintaining quality standards Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote upcoming events and increase attendance through various channels Oversee budgeting processes for each event, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process Manage onsite event operations including setup, guest needs, and post-event cleanup to guarantee smooth execution Qualifications Proven experience in event planning, event marketing or hospitality roles such as restaurant, hotel or banquet management Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous contracts and vendor agreements Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in financial management for events; specifically, QuickBooks Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional guest services Understand the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, ect.
