Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Event Staff member and become a part of unforgettable experiences! Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create welcoming atmospheres, assist guests, and support event logistics. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in hospitality and guest services while working in energetic environments that thrive on teamwork and positive energy.
Duties Event Logistics:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless execution
Food Delivery:
Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables, matching dishes to guest seat numbers to ensure seamless service.
Quality Control:
Inspect every plate before it leaves the kitchen to ensure accurate modifications, proper presentation, and correct temperatures.
Table Support:
Greet guests warmly upon delivering food, articulate the components of the dish, and ensure they have everything they need (sauces, utensils, refills) before walking away.
Kitchen & FOH Liaison:
Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Expediter (Expo) and servers regarding order status, table updates, or guest complaints.
Pre-bussing & Clearing:
Assist servers by clearing empty plates, glassware, and debris from tables throughout the guest's dining experience.
Guest Experience:
Engage with guests to foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere during events. Other duties as requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of events. Requirements Previous experience in events or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in guest services or food service is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Expected hours are Friday and Saturday 3 pm - 11 pm Ability to work on the Rooftop deck Join us as an Event Staff member where your energy fuels memorable moments!
