Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Event & Hospitality Leader to lead the day-to-day delivery of events while actively supporting sales and revenue growth. This role is highly operational and hands-on, balancing floor leadership, client management, and sales support to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitable events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client-facing work, and understands how strong operations directly support sales success. Key Responsibilities Event Operations & Execution Manage the operational planning and on-site execution of events from booking through breakdown Act as the on-site lead during events, ensuring timelines, staffing, and service standards are met Coordinate logistics including room setup, AV, catering, vendors, and event flow Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time to maintain guest satisfaction Sales Support & Revenue Generation Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives Conduct site tours and client walkthroughs, showcasing event spaces and service offerings Prepare event proposals, timelines, and operational details in support of contracts and event execution Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities (F&B packages, premium services, add-ons) Support repeat business through strong post-event follow-up and relationship management Hospitality & Guest Experience Deliver high-touch service to clients and guests before, during, and after events Ensure consistent service standards across all events Handle client feedback and implement improvements Team & Floor Leadership Lead event and hospitality staff during service Provide hands-on direction during live events Train staff on service standards, event flow, and guest engagement Operational & Financial Management Support budget tracking, labor controls and scheduling, and cost management Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure service quality and value Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality management, or venue management Strong operational knowledge of events, food & beverage, and guest services Proven client-facing experience with a sales or revenue-support component Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We're Looking For A hands-on operator who enjoys being on the floor Sales-aware mindset with confidence in client conversations Calm under pressure and highly organized Service-driven with strong attention to detail
