Position Summary Provides mid level planning, coordination, and operational support for tours, official visits, ceremonies, conferences, and organizational events. Ensuring all logistical, administrative, and communication elements are executed efficiently and in alignment with mission requirements. Applies business operations expertise to streamline processes, manage resources, and deliver high quality event experiences for internal and external stakeholders. •This position is contingent upon contract award• Key Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute tours, official visits, ceremonies, and organizational events from concept through completion. Develop event schedules, itineraries, staffing plans, and logistical requirements. Coordinate with internal departments, leadership, security personnel, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. Conduct site assessments and manage venue arrangements, transportation, lodging, catering, audiovisual needs, and protocol requirements. Prepare event materials, briefings, signage, and communication products. Track event budgets, procurement needs, and resource utilization. Maintain event calendars, planning documents, and after action reports to support continuous improvement. Ensure all event activities comply with security, clearance, and information handling requirements. Provide onsite event management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support during execution. Required Qualifications US Citizen Active Secret clearance. 3-10 years of relevant experience in event planning, tour coordination, business operations, or meeting management. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines. Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex logistics. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD, federal agencies, or large organizational event programs. Knowledge of protocol, VIP visit requirements, and government event standards. Familiarity with event management tools, scheduling platforms, or collaboration systems.
