Targeted salary $11.55•12.00 per hour, based on experience

Wednesday•Sunday, evenings (5:00pm•up to 11:00pm), 25-35 hours per week
Position Introduction:
Open the Forum building and rooms for events, including setting up chairs and tables. Checking room setups and client needs before and during events. Make beverages and put out supplies and catering items. Clean and restock serving supplies. Provide customer service to clients, including troubleshooting AV equipment issues, completing any last-minute client requests. Tech support for audio visual equipment as needed by clients. Cleaning, sweeping, mopping back room and spills, and taking out trash/boxes after events. Monitoring safety and maintenance needs within the building. Other related duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
None Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions Customer Service Ability to safely and accurately use assorted chemicals and cleaning appliances
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date Food handler's permit must be acquired within 5 days of employment. Hiring Contingent Upon a
