Events-based (Farmers Markets, Private Events, Pop-Ups)
Type:
Part-Time / Event-Based Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cinnamon Roll Cart Manager to own the full lifecycle of our mobile cart operation. This role is responsible for transporting, setting up, operating, and breaking down our cinnamon roll cart at various events—while delivering a great customer experience and keeping operations tight and clean. This role is responsible for assessing event readiness (especially weather), making a recommendation, and coordinating with the Operations Manager for final approval. Key Responsibilities Cart Transport & Setup
  • Safely transport the cinnamon roll cart ("cart ") to and from events
  • Ensure efficient packing and compact ("tiny fashion") transport of all materials
  • Set up the cart, signage, and display in alignment with brand standards
  • Confirm all required equipment and supplies are present before service Event Go / No-Go Decision Support
  • Monitor weather forecasts leading up to each event
  • Make a clear go/no-go recommendation based on conditions
  • Recommend cancellation if rain probability is 90% or higher
  • Communicate recommendation to the Operations Manager in advance
  • Execute based on final decision from Operations Manager Event Operations
  • Manage the cart during service at farmers markets and private events
  • Handle sales, customer interactions, and product presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cart setup
  • Monitor inventory levels throughout the event Inventory & Supplies
  • Bring all required items including:
  • Cinnamon rolls and packaging (boxes, bags, clamshells)
  • Display case, signage, and business cards
  • Payment tools (card reader, iPad, etc.)
  • Operational supplies (gloves, napkins, trash bags, etc.)
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and charged before events Breakdown & Post-Event Responsibilities
  • Break down and pack cart efficiently after each event
  • Transport cart and all materials back safely
  • Clean and reset all equipment, including:
  • Washing pans
  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Charge all devices and equipment (cart, batteries, iPad, card reader, etc.)
  • Track and report unsold inventory to the team Standards & Compliance
  • Maintain food safety standards at all times
  • Ensure required permits/licenses are present and accessible
  • Represent the brand professionally in all interactions Success in This Role Looks Like
