You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their event requirements, coordinate logistical details, and ensure seamless execution to deliver memorable and successful events. On-site Event Coordinator:

Client Consultation:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting consultations to understand their event needs, objectives, and preferences.
Event Planning:
Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas, providing creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event experiences.
Logistical Coordination:
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering arrangements, and more, to ensure smooth event operations.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to meet client expectations.
