About the role:
The Senior Event Planner will take charge of high-complexity events, managing every detail from planning through execution and close-out. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks for the event planning team.
As a Senior Event Planner, you're skilled with and passionate about: Event Planning Lead planning for high-complexity events, ensuring all elements align with the client's vision and standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as catering, production, AV, and setup & logistics to create seamless event experiences.
Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and addressing potential challenges early in the process.
Event Execution Oversee event setup and logistics, maintaining close communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, handling unexpected challenges and making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations.
Ensure that all aspects of the event-from audio-visual needs to catering services-are executed flawlessly.
Event Close-Out & Data Management Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, including data entry and reporting for accurate record-keeping and insights.
