Job Description
Argyle Winery is seeking a part-time Specialist Assistant (Busser) to join our Dundee, OR tasting house hospitality team! This position provides support to the hospitality team and helps to create a memorable guest experience. The role supports Tasting Room sales staff to provide efficient and detailed oriented service. This role is also responsible for providing services that makes the experience seamless. This position is based in Dundee, OR and is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position, with a work schedule 24 hrs./week, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays (schedule flexibility may be asked of this position).
Minimum Qualifications:
Stand and walk for long periods of time. Lift upwards of 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Flexible schedule for the ability to work evenings that supports events. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Clear, reset, and maintain tabletops as required throughout the day. Keep floor, furniture, menus, and place settings clean. Assist in retrieving wine orders, club shipments, bottles for restocking, and materials form the warehouse needed for service. Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately. Assist with pre/post shift setup and cleanup. Makes sure water stations, polishing stations, service stations, and bussing stations are set for service. Participates in staff training. Maintain the cleanliness of all back and front of house areas. Maintain health and safety regulations . Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
