Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Venue Manager to oversee daily venue operations, drive event bookings, and ensure exceptional client experiences from inquiry to execution.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of venue management, hospitality, or event coordination experience and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Core ResponsibilitiesManage and drive all venue sales, tours, client inquiries, and event bookingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partnersOversee venue branding, marketing initiatives, and social media presenceAttend networking events and represent the venue within the local communityBe present during events to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer serviceSchedule, coordinate, and supervise event staffCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event readinessMaintain venue standards, organization, and operational efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of venue management, hospitality, or event coordination experienceA Team Player with strong people skillsStrong sales, communication, and customer service skillsExperience with social media marketing and brand promotionExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedulesSelf-motivated, proactive, and detail-orientedCompensation & ScheduleFull-time, hourly positionPay range: $24 $38 per hour, depending on experienceOpportunities for growth within a dynamic and growing teamTo apply, please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your relevant experience.
