We're hiring a full-time AT&T Retail Event Assistant to represent AT&T's wireless products in high-traffic retail settings. As an AT&T Retail Event Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - starting conversations, breaking down service options, and turning interest into real sales results. Core functions of the
AT&T Retail Event Assistant:
Initiate conversations with customers in retail environments to introduce AT&T wireless products and open up consistent sales opportunities Present devices, plans, and promotions in a way that keeps customers engaged without overcomplicating the sales process Ask targeted questions to understand what customers actually need, then shape your sales approach around those answers Guide customers through selections, upgrades, and activations while keeping the sales process smooth from start to finish Keep momentum in each interaction so customers stay focused and move toward a decision Maintain awareness of daily sales activity and adjust your approach to improve performance over time Work alongside other AT&T Retail Event Assistant team members to keep energy high and sales results consistent across locations What helps someone succeed as an
