About the Role Sentient Workspace (www.sentientworkspace.com) is seeking a polished, outgoing, and marketing-minded professional to join our team in a part-time Front Desk & Events Coordinator role . This is more than a traditional front desk position. You will serve as the first impression of our coworking community while also playing a key role in marketing, member experience, and supporting event operations within our space. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, community-driven environment. What You'll Bring A friendly, welcoming, and professional presence Strong communication and multitasking skills A polished and dependable demeanor A creative eye for marketing and content A passion for community building and hospitality Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a warm, professional experience Answer phones and assist with general inquiries Manage mail, packages, and deliveries Support member move-ins and move-outs Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces Assist with inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination Input and manage data across internal systems Help foster connections and community engagement among members Event Support & Management A key part of this role includes supporting the growth of our event business. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events Help coordinate logistics for corporate and social events Support event hosts and ensure a high-quality experience Work with the team to promote and execute networking events Capture content during events for marketing use Marketing & Social Media You'll also help amplify the Sentient Workspace brand both in-person and online. Manage and contribute to social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) Highlight members, events, and community moments Assist with email marketing and promotions Help design flyers and event materials (Canva experience a plus) What's Required 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing, or similar Strong social media and content creation skills Comfortable learning new systems and tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently in a part-time role About Sentient Workspace Sentient Workspace is a modern coworking and event space designed to bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses in a flexible, community-focused environment. Pay:
