Part-Time (Weekends Required)
Pay:
$35-$55/hr + bonuses + tips (you're the calm in the party storm)

Thrive on good communication, great organization, and epic party vibes? If you're nodding while holding a clipboard — you might be our next Event Coordinator. The Gig (AKA The Behind-the-Scenes Hero) At Complete Weddings + Events, we create once-in-a-lifetime celebrations — and our Event Coordinators make sure they run smoothly from "I do" to the last dance. You'll be the go-to person on the day-of, ensuring every detail stays on track and every vendor plays their part. We handle the client booking and planning — you step in as the on-site professional who keeps the day flowing flawlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Arrive early, communicate with vendors, venue, and wedding party Keep everything running according to the timeline (or fix it when it doesn't) Problem-solve like a boss while keeping your cool Be the point of contact so the couple can actually enjoy their day Look polished, act professional, and vibe with everyone from grandma to groomsmen Pack up, say thank you, and leave with hugs (and sometimes cake)
What You Need:
Exceptional communication and organization skills A calm, friendly, take-charge personality Weekend availability (especially Saturdays) Reliable transportation and professional appearance Confidence managing timelines, vendors, and people with tact and warmth Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs (decor, kits, or emergency umbrellas)
