Job Description
Rettew's Catering is a family-owned catering company that has been in business for over 30 years. We have developed a strong reputation for delicious food, high-quality service, and a personalized approach to every event. Our clients range from businesses to private parties, weddings, and special events. As a family-driven business, we take pride in creating memorable experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients. If you're self-motivated, love being in a rapidly changing work environment, and want to lead a dynamic team then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a dynamic, energetic leader who thinks quickly on their toes, takes initiative, and anticipates our clients' needs. This person will have an integral role in staff management and event execution. Candidate must be a people person with a heart for hospitality and should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, an efficient time manager, and excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills who loves to make our clients smile and puts 110% in everything they do. Previous industry experience is preferred.
