Duties and Responsibilities Manage database for capturing attendance data including setting up classes, logging attendance and reporting, Create, organize, promote and oversee trips and activities , Work with Center Services staff to develop, coordinate and negotiate contracts for special events involving the general membership. Maintain up to date records of contracts and contact information for instructors/activity leaders. Participate in Center Services program planning, center related activities and committees, and evaluation using program planning input and outcomes information. Work with the Center Services Team including Volunteers to ensure the Program Office provides excellent customer service. Support the Center Services team by creating flyers, calendars, newsletter articles, and schedules Host bi-monthly new member orientation to welcome new members announce programs and center services. Recruit and oversee new volunteers and the volunteer management process to assist with departments and special events. Communicate with various departments for volunteer needs and manage all volunteers; provides support in preparation for the annual volunteer luncheon. Coordinates the compilation, mailing, and drop off the bi-monthly newsletter at the U.S. postal drop facility. Assist in planning, developing and evaluating short and long-term goals and objectives, ensuring efficient registration and database systems. Maintain and prepare files, records, and reports as needed. Provide coverage for the Program Window as needed.
