Lednor Home Solutions is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and market growth throughout our Pittsburgh and Ohio markets. This highly visible leadership position is responsible for developing and executing local marketing initiatives including events, retail partnerships, community outreach, sponsorships, business development opportunities, and Brand Ambassador programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for generating measurable results. This hybrid role requires time in the office, in the field, and traveling throughout the region. Evening and weekend work is required based on event schedules and business needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Event Marketing Develop and execute regional lead generation strategies designed to increase qualified appointments and sales opportunities. Research, identify, negotiate, and manage participation in home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, retail activation's, business expos, and sponsorship opportunities. Manage event budgets and maximize return on investment for all lead generation activities. Oversee event logistics including scheduling, staffing, booth displays, inventory, promotional materials, setup, and breakdown. Analyze event performance, lead quality, appointment rates, and sales results to continuously improve performance. Brand Ambassador Leadership Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage Brand Ambassadors and event marketing personnel. Establish staffing plans and coverage schedules for all assigned events and retail locations. Coach team members to improve lead generation effectiveness, professionalism, and customer engagement. Monitor performance metrics and hold team members accountable to established goals and expectations. Business Development & Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with event producers, retail partners, community organizations, chambers of commerce, homeowner associations, and local businesses. Identify and develop strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Serve as the local market representative for Lednor Home Solutions at community events and networking opportunities. Negotiate favorable agreements with vendors, event organizers, and marketing partners. Marketing & Community Outreach Support local advertising initiatives, media partnerships, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing efforts. Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales leadership to align local marketing activities with company objectives. Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and market expansion initiatives. Identify new opportunities to strengthen Lednor Home Solutions' presence throughout the region. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate event, staffing, and lead generation records. Provide timely reporting on event performance, budget utilization, and market opportunities. Track key performance indicators and provide recommendations for future growth initiatives. Ensure all marketing activities are conducted professionally and represent the Lednor Home Solutions brand positively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Business, Communications, or related field preferred, min 2 years; equivalent experience to be considered. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications a nice to have. 2-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, business development, retail marketing, lead generation, or related disciplines. Demonstrated success generating leads through events, partnerships, or grassroots marketing initiatives. Experience recruiting, training, and managing event staff or Brand Ambassadors preferred. Strong organizational, project management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, MS CoPilot or similar. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel extensively throughout Western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to lift and transport event displays and materials up to 50 pounds.
