Be part of a collaborative, service-driven team Work in one of Boston's premier waterfront destinations Flexible work environment with some remote opportunities Opportunity to grow your career in a leading hospitality organization Our Culture At Seaport Hotel, we believe in delivering exceptional guest experiences through: Warm, genuine service Thoughtful anticipation of guest needs Collaboration, creativity, and accountability A deep commitment to each other and our guests Responsibilities What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for group and event clients, managing all planning and execution details Translate client needs into detailed event plans, including room blocks, meeting space, food & beverage, and logistics Prepare and manage event documentation (BEOs, resumes, menus, and programs) Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service delivery Conduct site tours and client tastings to showcase the property Negotiate changes to group contracts while protecting hotel revenue and profitability Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue for each event Oversee event execution on-site, ensuring a high-quality guest experience Review final billing for accuracy and alignment with contract terms Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team strategies and goals Qualifications What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in event or conference services (hospitality preferred) Prior leadership or supervisory experience a plus Strong knowledge of hotel operations and group/event management Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment Experience with Amadeus (or similar event systems) and Microsoft Office CMP certification preferred Experience in an urban hotel setting (Boston experience strongly preferred) Options Apply for this job online Apply Share Email this job to a friend Refer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
