You'll manage logistics from start to finish, support larger-scale events, and collaborate with teams to create memorable experiences. If you love juggling details, working with people, and bringing events to life, this is your chance to shine. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process. What you'll do Lead planning and execution for small to mid-sized internal events Coordinate logistics like registration, catering, transportation, and AV support Support large-scale events as part of a collaborative planning team Build strong relationships with vendors and internal partners Stay curious—explore new tech and best practices to keep events fresh Travel for events and occasionally work evenings or weekends Basic qualifications 1+ years of experience in meeting or event planning Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently and with a team Able to lift up to 20 lbs Preferred qualifications Experience with Cvent Graphic design skills What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
