TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Event travel and attendance at staff meetings & trainings is required. Event travel will include overnight stays for events. As part of the event operations team during the event season which runs from October through May, this role is expected to be available to work 16 to 20 events a season.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Corporate Partner Activation Manager plays a key role in executing high-impact sponsor activations by managing onsite logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring seamless event delivery. Acting as the primary liaison, this role strengthens partner relationships while driving operational excellence across all activations. Corporate Partner Activation Manager supports sponsor initiatives across the full Varsity Spirit portfolio—including competitions, camps, performing arts, studio dance, fashion, PCL, and related programs—ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at every touchpoint. Corporate Partner Activation Manager will elevate communication and engagement by assisting with online platform strategies, ensuring organized, timely, and effective information flow across teams and events. Additionally, this role supports digital and social initiatives that extend sponsor visibility and maximize partnership value. You will represent Varsity Brands by demonstrating company core values and upholding the highest ethical standards in all business activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage Vendors and Assist with Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment Manage or assist with all onsite sponsor/vendor activations. Oversee logistics including load-in/out, shipping, setup, and breakdown. Serve as onsite liaison between sponsor and Varsity Spirit brands. Serve as primary operational contact for vendors during activations' BAND Platform Leadership Serve as subject matter expert for BAND across Varsity Spirit. Develop content outlines, posting schedules, and event communication plans. Monitor and maintain all Varsity Spirit BAND groups. Support event directors and staffing directors in managing Staff BAND groups. Assist with Digital & Social Media Strategy Develop and manage sponsorship-focused LinkedIn presence. Assist with social integration on VS platform for all Sponsors Assist with email integration on VS platform strategy for all sponsors Collaborate with Fashionistas and Influencers on sponsor initiatives. Maintain consistent communication regarding deliverables and digital assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Good communication and presentation skills. Technical Capacity. Customer/Client Focus. Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. Good time management Being flexible and adapt to changing situations. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, sales, or related fields preferred Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team player with cross-functional communication skills
