Job Description:
Manages calendars for the Design Center and leadership team. Ensures effective technology and building services are in place for events. Processes invoices and tracks expenses to maintain the Design Center budget. Plans and coordinates all aspects of complex events, including logistics, scheduling, and execution. Collaborates with multiple leaders to manage team schedules, including work-from-home, office work, and team meetings. Independently manages projects and produces detailed reports for leadership. Handles all catering arrangements and audiovisual support for events. Designs and organizes on-site and off-site group experiences, including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals. Provides a positive service experience for all guests and event participants. Coordinates with building management to ensure facilities are properly maintained and serviced. Develops presentations and documentation as requested by leadership. Researches and gathers information to support event planning and execution.

Education:
  • Associate [Required]
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
  • or equivalent education/experience
  • in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management or like degree
Work Experience:
  • 10+ experience as an executive assistant or in a professional support/hospitality function [Preferred]
  • 2+ experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator or in a professional support/hospitality function [Required]
  • Experience in healthcare [Preferred]
  • Hospitality experience [Preferred]
