Coordinate all travel and engagement logistics in collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Marketing and Communications, and the CEO's Executive Assistant. Collect and organize data to support external events, leader engagements, and multi-stakeholder interactions. Plan and coordinate senior leader engagements such as Brigade and Battalion, Pre-Command Course, Senior Commander Course, and related programs. Track internal and external taskers resulting from travel and engagements in partnership with the COO and CDO, ensuring timely action and follow-through. Provide support for additional events and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
U.S. Army veteran with direct working knowledge of Army structure, culture, and operations (strongly preferred). Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans with clear objectives, timelines, tactics, and performance benchmarks. Strong ability to organize and coordinate complex travel, events, and multi-stakeholder engagements from start to finish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional correspondence and presentations.
