High possibility, with potential for conversion We are hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to support employee engagement and onsite workplace experiences for a large corporate campus in Costa Mesa, CA. This role will focus heavily on planning and executing weekly employee engagement events, especially Collaboration Thursdays, while also supporting larger campus events and employee experience initiatives. This is a very people-facing role. The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, organized, and comfortable engaging with large employee groups, executives, internal teams, and external vendors. Responsibilities:
Plan and execute weekly onsite employee engagement activations, including themes, catering, vendors, entertainment, logistics, setup, breakdown, and day-of support. Own and help improve the weekly Collaboration Thursdays program to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging office experience. Partner with Internal Communications, HR, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and outside vendors to deliver organized and high-quality events. Support major onsite employee events, including seasonal events, company activations, and large-scale campus experiences. Serve as a visible onsite presence who helps drive workplace energy, connection, and employee participation. Use employee feedback, attendance trends, and engagement insights to bring fresh ideas and improve future programming. Support broader employee engagement and internal communications projects as needed. Must-Haves:
2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, hospitality, workplace experience, internal communications, or a similar field. Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality, event management, marketing, human resources, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with hands-on event execution, including onsite setup and coordination of physical event spaces. Outgoing personality with the ability to engage employees, large groups, and executives. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting corporate employee events or workplace engagement programs. Comfort with audio/visual equipment. Ability to review feedback, participation, or attendance data and turn it into insights. Internal communications or culture-building experience. Ideal Candidate:
