Overview We are seeking an energetic, fun & outgoing, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in event management and professional planning. You will work representing one of the largest non-profits in the country & some of the largest businesses and events in the communities we engage in all to help a great cause while building your resume and launching your career. Responsibilities Coordinate with business owners, vendors, exhibitors and community leaders in the scheduling of events from inception to completion, ensuring all details align with client expectations and organizational standards Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting. Maintain organized records of event details, budgets, contracts, and client communications for seamless execution and future reference Collaborate with team members across departments Experience Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, outgoing personality and strong work ethic are a must
