Event Coordinator

717 Photo Booth Co. is looking for someone dependable, outgoing, and hardworking to join our team for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and more throughout Long Island and NYC. This is a gig-style position, meaning shifts are offered as events come in. Most events take place on weekends and evenings. We're looking for someone who enjoys being around people, can handle a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help create a great experience for our clients. Your responsibilities would include driving to event locations, helping transport and set up equipment, assisting guests during events, keeping the booth area running smoothly, and helping with breakdown at the end of the night. Please note this is a physically active role. You must be comfortable lifting and carrying heavy equipment, squatting, bending, moving quickly, and standing for long periods of time throughout an event.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must speak and understand English Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Must be comfortable lifting and carrying equipment Must be able to squat, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Weekend and evening availability is required Comfortable working with guests in social environments Experience in events or customer service is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in finding someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and someone we can count on. Lunch or meals will be provided during most events.
