Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Coordinator to lead the planning, organization, and execution of a diverse range of events. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences by managing all aspects of event logistics, vendor relationships, and client interactions. Your enthusiasm and organizational prowess will ensure each event runs smoothly, exceeds expectations, and leaves a lasting impression. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event, providing expert guidance on event marketing and planning strategies Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and suppliers to secure the best terms and ensure quality service delivery Coordinate all logistical details including venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual needs, and guest accommodations Develop comprehensive event timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient time management and resource allocation throughout the planning process Oversee event marketing efforts to promote events effectively across various channels and maximize attendance Manage on-site event operations, ensuring seamless execution from guest registration to post-event cleanup Upsell additional services such as premium catering options or special amenities to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Foster excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or fundraising environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements Excellent marketing knowledge to promote events effectively and boost attendance Demonstrated ability in upselling services that add value for clients while increasing revenue opportunities Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple events simultaneously Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, guests, and team members Experience with banquet operations, catering coordination, or restaurant/hotel settings is highly desirable Proficiency in budgeting tools and contract management processes Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding guest services Join our team as an Event Coordinator where your passion for creating extraordinary experiences will shine!
