Training pay is $25/hr About GreenGale Farms GreenGale Farms is a 40-acre private farm and luxury outdoor event venue located just outside Las Vegas. We specialize in eco-conscious, beautifully curated weddings, elopements, and intimate celebrations surrounded by nature. Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Sales & Event Coordinator to manage our all-inclusive elopement and micro wedding packages. This hybrid position combines remote administrative work with on-site event coordination. You'll guide couples through the planning process, manage vendor communication, and ensure each event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for couples booking all-inclusive elopement and micro wedding packages. Guide clients through package selections, preferences, and add-on options. Create detailed wedding timelines and communicate logistics with vendors and GreenGale Farms staff. Coordinate with preferred vendors (planners, florists, photographers, officiants, etc.) to confirm availability, setup needs, and day-of details. Manage on-site event execution, including ceremony coordination, vendor setup, and guest flow. Support sales goals by upselling package add-ons and upgrades. Maintain organized event documentation, invoices, and communications using software tools such as Tripleseat (experience preferred). Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or wedding planning required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Sales or customer service experience a plus. Comfortable managing multiple events and client relationships simultaneously. Professional and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail. Available on weekends for event days.
