Experience Manager at Puppies & Yoga! Join our vibrant and growing Puppies & Yoga studios as our Event Manager , where wellness meets wagging tails! We're looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to lead our studio operations and ensure that every class is seamless, joyful, and unforgettable. About the Role This is a part time hybrid role with a mix of on site and remote responsibilities. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, people centered environment, this position is perfect for a natural leader with excellent multitasking skills.
Weekly Hours :
3 hours of planning/organizational work (remote), 19 hours on weekends (in studio), and 8-16 hours on select weekdays for private events.
Pay :
Flexible and based on availability; potential to earn up to $2,500/month with the potential of $2,900 in select months.
Key Responsibilities Client Experience :
Ensure every class runs smoothly and guests leave happy.
Staff Coordination :
Manage calendars and scheduling for yoga instructors and studio assistants.
Inventory Oversight :
Monitor and restock supplies (mats, paper towels, cleaning products, toys, etc.).
Logistics & Deliveries :
Receive and organize studio deliveries.
Team Leadership :
Hire, train, and motivate studio assistants and part-time staff.
Studio Aesthetic :
Maintain and enhance the vibe and décor to keep the space welcoming and photo-worthy.
Strategic Support :
Collaborate with the founders to brainstorm and implement ideas for growth and improvement.
