We're a small business offering curated mini-wellness-retreats in Asheville — Yoga Hikes, Sound Baths, Forest Bathing, Goat Yoga, and more. We're hiring one highly organized, people-loving human to own the weekend: coordinating moving parts, keeping guests delighted, and making sure every experience runs like clockwork. The Details:
Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday, 20-28 hours/week (Sundays are light!)
Compensation:
$20
  • 23/hr depending on experience
Location:
Partially remote with required in-person event presence
Status:
Part-time, hourly, year-round (we close in December) This role requires genuine comfort with a dynamic, booking-driven schedule. Weekends are your busiest time. What You'll Do:
Serve as the operational hub for all weekend experiences Schedule guides, partners, and facilitators for confirmed bookings Communicate with guests, partners, and guides before, during, and after experiences Manage equipment and inventory; provide on-site support as needed Answer phones and emails Thursday-Sunday, promptly and warmly Maintain accuracy across booking platforms, calendars, and systems
Requirements:
Live within 45 minutes of downtown Asheville Reliable transportation to diverse locations Customer service or hospitality experience Proficiency with Google Suite and email management Own computer, phone, and consistent internet connection Bonus if you have: yoga certification, outdoor guiding experience, or marketing/social media skills.
