Event Planner/Coordinator

Job Summary Please note payment is based on how many people attend the event (small groups start at $15/hour while you will be compensated $45/hour or more for larger groups). This is a fun part-time hybrid job that allows you to connect people to great experiences! You will be responsible for planning and coordinating fun art events that leave lasting impressions! This dynamic role combines creativity with precision, requiring a proactive approach to gaining customers and managing the event logistics. From bringing theme ideas to life to coordinating with our staff and instructors to ensure seamless guest experiences, you will be the driving force behind memorable gatherings! Responsibilities Collaborate with potential future and current customers along with the Expressions Art Studio team to turn ideas into detailed plans. Develop comprehensive event timelines and checklists to ensure timely completion of all preparations. Oversee event marketing efforts through social media promotion, email campaigns, and outreach to maximize attendance and engagement. Inform potential and current customers of additional services or packages during planning stages or at events to enhance overall experience and revenue. Maintain strong communication with customers and team members to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations. Skills Exceptional social skills to gain clients and get people eager to attend the event! Strong in marketing strategies specific to event promotion and brand visibility. Skilled in event marketing techniques across digital platforms to boost attendance and engagement. Skilled in event planning from initial concept through execution with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and guests alike. Great time management abilities to juggle multiple projects efficiently under deadlines. Clear communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and vendors. Highly organized.
