A Supportive Team:

Key Responsibilities Support the lead planner in the end-to-end coordination of corporate and social events. Manage vendor communications, including sourcing quotes, reviewing contracts, and confirming delivery timelines. Develop and maintain detailed event "run-of-show" documents and production schedules. Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements using digital management tools. Assist in site visits and venue walkthroughs to ensure layouts meet safety and aesthetic standards. Oversee on-site event setup and registration, acting as a primary point of contact for staff and vendors. Prepare post-event summaries and budget reconciliations to ensure project success and financial accuracy.
Searched Skills and Requirements Logistics & Organization:
Proven ability to manage multiple event timelines and vendor lists simultaneously without losing track of the details.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills for professional interaction with high-net-worth clients and diverse vendors.
Problem-Solving:
The ability to stay calm and resourceful when unexpected challenges arise during live events.
Tech Savviness:
Proficiency in event platforms (such as HoneyBook, Cvent, or Aisle Planner) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Negotiation Skills:
Experience in negotiating vendor contracts to ensure the best value for our clients.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative project management.
Education:
