Pay Range:
35.00 - 45.00 USD per hour •Primary Function•This role provides end-to-end event technology and production support for Global Events, with a primary focus on in-person event execution and supplemental support for virtual and hybrid events. This role partners with global event planners to deliver seamless event operations, ensuring digital platforms, attendee engagement tools, and communications are effectively integrated into the overall event strategy.

EVENT PRODUCTION
SUPPORTSupport online event execution by managing event technology, registration tools, and attendee communicationsPartner with planners to ensure seamless integration of digital components into live event experiences (e.g., check-in tools, mobile apps, session tracking)Provide on-site or remote technical support for event platforms and attendee-facing toolsHelp planners translate event goals into effective online engagement strategiesServe as a subject matter expert on event technology and online production best practices
EVENT PLATFORM & CONTENT
MANAGEMENTBuild and manage event websites, registration forms, and communications using event platforms (e.g., Cvent or similar CMS tools)Facilitate publishing of planner-provided content, graphics, and collateralApply HTML and UX best practices to enhance attendee experience and engagement
TECHNOLOGY, TOOLS
& INNOVATIONLeverage digital tools, automation, and AI (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and scale event deliveryStay current with evolving event technologies, email standards, and accessibility requirements (ADA)Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support during event lifecycle
PROJECT & STAKEHOLDER
MANAGEMENTManage multiple events simultaneously with tight and evolving timelinesCollaborate across Global Events, Marketing, and Technology teams •Skills & Qualifications•Functional knowledge of HTML and web content managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and workflow automationKeeps up with latest online/email standards and best practicesUnderstanding of compliance, accessibility, and digital communication standards •Education & Experience•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-5 years of experience in event production, event technology, or project management2-5 years of experience in event content management platform, CventExperience with Photoshop, SharePoint, Excel, and Dreamweaver a plus
