Job Description
To Apply for this Job Click Here We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support a dynamic Events & Experiences team. This role will help execute a mix of webinars, virtual programs, and high-touch advisor events aligned to key growth initiatives. We are looking for candidates that are coming from professional services. This is a one year contract role and works a hybrid schedule in the downtown Chicago loop. What You'll Do Support execution of webinars and virtual engagement programs (logistics, materials, timelines) Assist in planning and delivering advisor events, sponsorships, and in-person experiences Coordinate vendors, venues, communications, and event logistics end-to-end Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional deliverables Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution Help deliver a polished, high-quality experience across all events What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or event management Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and professional presence Prefer Financial services experience and exposure to both virtual and in-person events.
