Job Description

Events Contractor (Irvine, CA) Our client is seeking an Events Contractor to support the planning and execution of internal and external events. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional who can manage event logistics end-to-end while delivering a high-quality experience.

Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN IRVINE, CA
Pay:
$50-55/hour
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Contract:
Minimum 3 months (potential to extend/convert) Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute corporate events (onsite & offsite) Manage logistics, timelines, vendors, and budgets Lead cross-functional planning and support onsite events Oversee event registration tools and reporting Ensure compliance, SOP adherence, and process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree 3-5+ years of event planning experience Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills Experience supporting corporate meetings or events Ideal Candidate Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Professional and client-facing Strong multitasker with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
