About Relish Relish is a fast-growing hospitality, events, and entertainment venue focused on creating memorable community experiences through food, beverage, pickleball, live events, and social programming. We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Internal Events Coordinator to help grow and execute our in-house event programming. Position Overview The Internal Events Coordinator will be responsible for creating, planning, organizing, promoting, and executing internal Relish events designed to increase community engagement, drive traffic, and grow food & beverage revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, entertainment, social event planning, and community-building environments. Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Create and manage a calendar of recurring and special internal events Plan and execute events including: Movie nights Singles nights Trivia nights Ticketed experiences Pickleball socials Live music nights Community mixers Holiday-themed events Corporate networking events Wellness/social programming Coordinate event logistics, timelines, staffing, and setup Oversee day-of-event execution and guest experience Community Engagement Develop creative event concepts that increase venue traffic and customer retention Build relationships with local organizations, vendors, instructors, DJs, musicians, and community groups Help create experiences that encourage repeat visitation and membership growth Marketing & Promotion Collaborate with marketing/social media teams to promote events Assist with: Event descriptions Social content ideas Ticketing setup Promotional campaigns Community outreach Revenue & Performance Tracking Monitor attendance, ticket sales, and event profitability Help identify opportunities to increase: Food & beverage sales Event attendance Guest engagement Repeat participation Qualifications Experience in event planning, hospitality, entertainment, marketing, or community programming preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working nights/weekends Creative thinker with strong attention to guest experience Experience with ticketing/event platforms is a plus Social media/event promotion experience preferred Ideal Candidate You are: Outgoing and community-focused Creative and proactive Organized and dependable Comfortable leading events and engaging guests - The "MC" of the group Passionate about creating memorable experiences Ability to handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently during live events.
Additional Details:
averaging 10 hours a week or as needed - must ensure all projects are getting completed. Flexible scheduling - Work from home on the planning and must be onsite to set up and execute events day of.
